Effective August 20, 2026. These Terms explain the rules for using PCSpecChart.
1. Operator and acceptance
PCSpecChart is operated by Ivica Patarčić, an individual based in Serbia (“PCSpecChart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Contact: [email protected].
By accessing the site, you agree to these Terms. If you create an account or submit content, you expressly confirm that you have read and accepted them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility and younger visitors
The public comparison pages and PC Builder are general-audience technology resources. You must be at least 15 years old to create an account, publish comments or other content, upload a profile image, or otherwise submit personal data directly to the site.
Visitors under 15 may browse public content but must not create an account or submit personal data. A parent or legal guardian may contact us if assistance is needed.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
Do not impersonate another person, automate account creation, evade access controls, or interfere with site security.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, threaten the service or its users, or are required to be restricted by law.
4. Component data, scores, prices, and PC Builder
Specifications, scores, relative performance, compatibility checks, price history, power estimates, thermal observations, and PC Builder results are compiled or calculated from sources we consider useful. They may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, normalized, or incorrect.
Scores are comparative site metrics, not laboratory certifications or manufacturer guarantees.
A “compatible” result cannot account for every BIOS version, cable, clearance, regional model, revision, workload, or installation condition.
Prices and availability can change between an update, your visit, and checkout. The retailer’s page controls the final price, availability, taxes, shipping, warranty, returns, and transaction terms.
You remain responsible for checking manufacturer documentation and using qualified help where appropriate.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal and informational purposes. You may not scrape at a level that disrupts the service, probe or bypass security, distribute malware or spam, infringe rights, manipulate rankings or engagement, submit unlawful or abusive content, or use site data to mislead others.
6. User content and moderation
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PCSpecChart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, moderate, and promote the service.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit the content. We may review, restrict, edit for formatting or safety, or remove content that violates these Terms or creates legal, security, or community risk. Moderation decisions do not make us the author or endorser of user content.
Copyright or other rights complaints should identify the protected work, the disputed material and URL, your contact details, the basis of your claim, and a good-faith statement of accuracy, and be sent to [email protected].
7. PCSpecChart content and intellectual property
The site design, original text, scoring presentation, software, branding, and original graphics are protected to the extent allowed by law. Product names, trademarks, images, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a product or company does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
8. Amazon affiliate links and third parties
PCSpecChart participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Amazon links are paid links, but commissions do not change the scoring formulas.
Amazon and other external services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. PCSpecChart is not the seller, does not process the retail transaction, and is not responsible for third-party products, fulfillment, warranties, returns, content, or availability. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
9. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. Our Cookie Policy explains browser storage and analytics choices. These documents form part of the information provided with these Terms.
10. Availability, disclaimers, and limitation of liability
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, fitness for a particular build, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PCSpecChart is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the site, reliance on its estimates, data loss, third-party products, or unavailable services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue features and may update these Terms when the service, law, or providers change. Material updates will be identified by a new effective date and, where reasonably possible, an additional notice. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date.
You may stop using the service at any time. You may request account closure or personal-data deletion by emailing us, subject to lawful retention and the treatment of public content described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where legally permitted, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Serbia. Mandatory consumer and privacy protections applicable in your place of residence remain unaffected.
Before filing a claim, please contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
