We do not use account or contact data for email marketing unless we separately ask for permission. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing.
4. Providers and recipients
We disclose only the data reasonably required to operate the site or comply with law. Current provider categories include:
Contabo GmbH: server hosting and infrastructure. The specific data-center location depends on the active server instance.
Cloudflare: DNS, proxy, delivery, availability, and security services.
Google: Gmail-based service email, reCAPTCHA abuse prevention on forms, and Google Analytics after consent.
Microsoft: Clarity analytics and interaction measurement after consent.
CDNJS and jsDelivr: delivery of interface and chart libraries; their servers receive ordinary network request information such as IP address and user agent.
Amazon: when you choose an Amazon affiliate link. Amazon then independently controls the retail page, its cookies, and the transaction.
Authorities and professional advisers: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse, or establish or defend legal claims.
Provider practices are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We do not authorize providers to use data submitted directly to PCSpecChart for their independent marketing.
5. International processing
The operator is based in Serbia, the hosting and delivery providers operate internationally, and the site primarily serves U.S. visitors. Data may therefore be processed in Serbia, the European Economic Area, the United States, and other locations used by the providers listed above.
Where required, transfers are handled through provider contractual safeguards, applicable adequacy mechanisms, or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may contact us for more information relevant to your data.
6. How long we keep data
Accounts and profiles: while the account is active and afterward only as reasonably needed for deletion processing, security, disputes, legal obligations, or backups.
Public content: until removed by you or us. When an account is closed, content may be deleted or de-identified where continued retention is justified by discussion continuity, legal claims, or moderation records.
Contact correspondence: for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain a record of the request, and address related issues.
Detailed first-party analytics page views: normally up to 395 days; empty session and visitor records are then removed.
Authentication events: normally up to 730 days; staff audit events: normally up to 1,095 days.
Resolved application errors: normally up to 180 days after resolution; unresolved incidents may remain longer while investigation is active.
Dated outbound click events: normally up to 730 days.
Aggregate page and link counts: may be retained because they are not intended to identify an individual.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: according to their configured retention settings and deletion processes.
Backups: until overwritten through ordinary backup rotation, unless preservation is legally required.
We periodically review retention and aim not to keep identifiable data longer than necessary for its stated purpose.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal data; to withdraw consent; and to complain to a competent supervisory authority.
Send requests to [email protected] from the email associated with your account where possible. We may request proportionate information to verify identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a legally protected privacy right.
During the preceding 12 months, PCSpecChart may have collected the identifiers, internet activity, account/profile content, communications, approximate location, and inference-like interaction analytics described above. We use and disclose them for the purposes and to the provider categories listed in this Policy.
PCSpecChart does not knowingly sell personal data for money. Some U.S. laws may define analytics disclosures as “sharing” even where no money changes hands. You can reject analytics through Cookie settings. The site also treats a supported browser Global Privacy Control signal as a rejection of optional analytics.
Where applicable, U.S. residents may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of their data and may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision. An authorized agent may submit a request, but we may require proof of authority and identity as permitted by law.
9. Younger users
PCSpecChart is a general-audience technology service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 15 to register or submit personal data. Visitors under 15 may browse public content but should not create an account, post content, upload files, or use the contact form directly.
If you believe a person under 15 submitted personal data, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
10. Security and your choices
We use access controls, encrypted transport, secure-cookie settings, abuse prevention, and other technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You can limit data by declining optional analytics, not creating an account, keeping profile fields minimal, and avoiding sensitive information in public posts or messages.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as the site, providers, or law changes. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will receive an additional notice where reasonably possible.
PCSpecChart uses necessary storage for core features. With your permission, first-party analytics, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity help us understand and improve the site.
